Deluxing is the method of unpacking, inspecting, wiping down, repairing (if required) and then blanket-wrapping the product for the perfect protection, before loading and delivery. About 70% of FTVY furniture deliveries are deluxed before the final mile delivery. 

 

By cautiously unpacking and inspecting furniture at the warehouse, we can detect any potential damages and mend the problem before arriving at your client's location. This guarantees the “perfect delivery” for your client and will reduce your costs associated with on-site repairs and returns.

FTVY Delivery Specialists are ready to deliver in any room the customer would like to as long as there are a clear path and location.

FTVY will include moving some of the furniture. Also,  removal of packaging materials and some basic intallation.

WE OFFER TRUE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

True White Glove Service is marked by special care or meticulous attention, and that is what FTVY Logistics Services brings to your table.

 

We are responsible for packing, moving, loading/unloading your merchandise. These items will be picked up and delivered inside your customer’s location. Our delivery professionals will unpack, assemble and take care of debris removal too.

PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY

Prior to product shipment, our FTVY delivery team would carefully check, inspect and pre-assemble each item to make sure they are free from any defects or damage and they do function as intended. Afterwards, all merchandise go through final inspection by our highly trained delivery professionals.

 

We are committed to give our clients the peace of mind that their customers’ merchandise are handled meticulously. We make sure we covered all these necessary steps prior to in-home delivery to avoid unnecessary delays, wasted resources and unhappy customers.
